Pluma Coaches Nominated for ICF Board of Directors Positions

Two Pluma coaches are among five candidates that have been nominated for the International Coaching Federation’s Board of Directors. Elizabeth Egan (US), Philippe Mathijs (UAE), and the other nominees applied and were selected by a nominating committee. We at Pluma want to congratulate them on their nominations for this leadership role.

ICF is a global membership association for coaches that sets industry standards and provides the leading coach certification program. All Pluma coaches must be ICF accredited at the ACC level or higher. According to the ICF election site, “As ICF continues to evolve into a large, complex global association, we require governance with an expanded set of knowledge, skills, abilities and personal attributes to continue leading the organization and the profession of coaching in the future.”

Voting is open to all ICF members in good standing through 5 p.m. (New York) Friday, November 20, 2020 by ballot sent via email.
